Executive Chairman & Cofounder
Herb brings 50+ years of logistics expertise, having led GENCO’s growth as a 3PL leader and its acquisition by FedEx. Now focused on reverse logistics, he drives innovation in efficiency, sustainability, and strategic growth while mentoring industry leaders.
Tom Perry
CEO & Cofounder
Tom has 35+ years of logistics experience, including roles as GENCO’s Reverse/Retail President and CTO, continuing post-FedEx acquisition. He serves on logistics boards and is affiliated with Vistage International as a member and co-chair.
Julian Mitchell
CIO & Cofounder
Julian has 15+ years in Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics. Formerly FedEx Supply Chain’s IT Managing Director, he developed strategy, led R&D, and implemented FedEx® Fulfillment. Julian also held technology positions at Genco and UPS.
Chris Schneider
Director of Product
Chris brings 30 years of IT and operations experience, leveraging technology to streamline processes, cut costs, reduce waste, and optimize reverse logistics. He excels in strategic disposition channel selection and maximizing net revenue.
Julie Massey
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Julie has 20 years of experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, and medical industries. She excels in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and building relationships. Previously led at Stord, AmerisourceBergen, and Johnson & Johnson.
Cary Cameron
Vice President Business Strategy & Operations
Cary has over 35 years of experience in reverse logistics, including 27 years at GENCO in operational improvement. She leads strategy at G2RL, optimizing operations in Smyrna, TN, and driving Recommerce to streamline processes and maximize customer recoveries.
